Who sends the messages
Penn Plaza Consultants Group ("PPC"), the management office for your building, sends text messages about property management.
What messages you will get
Messages about your repair and service requests: confirming that we received a request, scheduling and reminding you about visits by our staff or contractors, and following up after work is done. We do not send marketing or advertising messages.
How you sign up
You agree to receive texts by ticking the optional text-message box on our website contact form or on your personal repair request page and giving your mobile number, or by asking our office in writing to text you. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of renting or of getting repairs; without it we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
How often
Message frequency varies with your requests — usually a few messages per request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or ask our office.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact the management office (details below).
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your tenancy and your requests. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us deliver messages (for example our phone company), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.
What we keep
We keep a record of the messages we exchange with you, your mobile number and when you agreed to receive texts, together with your repair requests, so our office has the full history of your requests.
